Time Stop - Peterborough
Time Stop is a twenty-two bed hostel for anyone 16 to 25 in need of housing. We recognise the intrinsic value in every person and all residents are treated with a non-judgemental attitude.
The aim of Time Stop is to offer comfortable, secure surroundings, along with intensive, short term support to clients so they can achieve their individual goals and move on to long-term accommodation.
There are at least two members of staff on duty at all times to give advice and support. During the day a team of Project Workers provide support to enable residents to move forward and achieve their goals. Once a fortnight, staff from outside agencies such as Connexions and Drinksense, visit the lounge and are available for residents to discuss issues.
Each of the twenty-two rooms contains comfortable furniture, a sink and fridge-freezer. There are communal toilets, showers, baths and kitchens and disabled access should that be required. There is a communal lounge with use of a microwave, kettle, toaster and television.

Time Stop houses and supports over 140 young people a year.
